💰 The Package
For a Single General Manager:
- $80K + Super
- Fully furnished 2-bedroom residence (utilities included)
For a Management Couple:
- $110K combined + Super
- One partner in a support-based role assisting with:
- Grounds & general upkeep
- Housekeeping support
- Backup reception duties

As the face of the property, you’ll oversee all aspects of operations, including:

- Team leadership, training & support
- Guest experience & local community engagement
💡 With no food & beverage operations, this role is ideal for someone with a strong background in rooms division, motels, or apartment-style properties.
👤 About You
You’re a proactive and capable operator who enjoys leading from the front. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a General Manager or senior accommodation role
- Strong front office expertise and PMS knowledge (RMS highly regarded)
- A keen eye for housekeeping and property presentation
- Practical understanding of maintenance and refurbishments
- Confidence working independently within a small team
- A genuine passion for guest engagement and community connection

- Fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment
- Ground floor, attached to reception
- Suitable for a couple or small family (case-by-case)
- Pets may be considered 🐾
