We’re seeking a motivated, flexible, and friendly All-Rounder to join this  close-knit team at a remote, multi-service venue in the stunning Gascoyne region of WA.

This unique property includes a 24-hour truck stop, fully licensed restaurant, fuel station, caravan park, campground, and accommodation facilities.

Only one position available – not suitable for couples

💰 Package & Perks

$35.20 per hour – Flat Loaded Rate – EBA – Monday to Sunday
Casual role 
Accommodation & Meals $140 per week

🧰 This role requires you to work across all areas of the property.

🛠️ Your Day-to-Day Duties

• Merchandising and restocking shelves
• Serving customers and handling cash transactions
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Preparing barista-style coffees
• General cleaning and dishwashing
• Daily accommodation servicing and cleaning
• Caravan park and public amenities cleaning
• Assisting with meal service
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Supporting grounds and outdoor tasks as needed
• Rubbish collection and disposal
• Pitching in wherever required

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven customer service experience with a positive attitude
• A current driver’s licence (manual driving required)
• Coffee-making skills highly regarded
• Willingness to obtain RSA & Food Handler Certificates
• Comfortable living and working in a remote setting
• Physically fit and happy to work outdoors
• A team player who thrives in a small crew
• Commitment of at least 4 months (longer stays preferred)
