💼 The Role: Head Chef
Package:
✔️ Full-time, permanent position
✔️ $80,000 salary
✔️ Free private accommodation (hotel room with ensuite, just upstairs!)

Take the reins of a dynamic kitchen in a seaside hotel. You’ll be the creative force behind a menu that celebrates fresh, local ingredients—especially succulent seafood—while leading a small, dedicated team of 3–4 kitchen staff.

🧑‍🍳 Your Responsibilities Include:
• Leading all kitchen operations with confidence and care
• Designing seasonal menus and daily specials
• Managing stock, costings, ordering, and kitchen budgets
• Rostering and hands-on staff training
• Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
• Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
• Enhancing the guest experience through quality food and service

• Police clearance (upon request)
• Own transport preferred (access via sealed roads)
