Package:
- 💰 $75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- 🔑 Oversee the opening and closing of the venue, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish
- 💵 Manage cash handling, ensuring accuracy and security
- 🍻 Engage in hands-on work across the bar and bistro to deliver top-tier customer service
- 🎰 Operate TAB, Keno, and Poker machines, ensuring a seamless experience for guests
- 🏨 Handle accommodation bookings, including check-in and check-out processes
- 👥 Manage a dynamic team of 20 staff, balancing time management and delegation efficiently
- 🤝 Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable experience
- 📋 Undertake various duties as required, contributing to the venue’s success
What We’re Looking For:
- ✅ Current QLD Approved Managers Licence, RSA, and RSG are a must
- 🗓️ A minimum 12-month commitment to the role is essential
- 🏨 Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly desirable
- 🤝 A team player with strong leadership and communication skills
- 💪 Willingness to get hands-on and contribute to a positive workplace culture
