We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for this busy property located in Remote South Australia.
This is a hands-on role working across all areas of the property and will suit an experienced hospitality professional. The successful candidate must be willing to work across all areas of the venue as part of the team. Being a small team, everyone jumps in where needed from admin to counter, maintenance, kitchen and housekeeping.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication & customer service skills, a can-do attitude and be flexible in working early or late shifts across a rotating roster.

Commence: ASAP
Package: (Fulltime or Casual Role)
Fulltime: $78,500 per annum OR
Casual: $35.99 per hour Monday-Friday / $46.34 Sat & Sun

Duties:
- Assist the site managers with the day to day management of the property in a hands on capacity including bar, accommodation, fuel, housekeeping, restaurant and grounds
- Stock control, stock merchandising, stock takes, stock pricing, stocking shelves
- Cash handling including counting and balancing of tills, float and safe counts, banking processes
- General administration, processing of invoices to accounts office
- Monitoring of fuel, fuel dips, fuel ordering, safety procedures etc
- Supervision & training of staff
- Adhering to liquor licensing & Gaming regulations
- Manage the property on managers days off and during periods of annual leave
- Other duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have previous remote area experience
- Previous experience with roadhouses or similar
- Must have or be able to obtain a South Australian Responsible Persons Badge
- Ideally hold Gaming badges in SA or be willing to obtain
- Have or obtain prior to commencement a National Police Check
- Be willing to make a minimum 12+ month commitment.
