Job Description

We are currently seeking a Front Office Supervisor for an extremely busy venue located in Western Australia’s spectacular Kimberley Region. The property caters to the local, corporate and tourist market offering accommodation, caravan park, pool, tour operation, restaurant and bar. Immediate start required.



$55,000 – $58,000 Salary

Accommodation & meals $121 per week – Own Room with Share Bathroom



  • Assist the front office manager with the day to day running of the resorts busy reception desk
  • Staff supervision and training
  • Guest arrivals & departures
  • Tour Bookings
  • General phone reservations
  • Entering of reservations
  • General balancing of reception takings
  • General administration work
  • Other front office duties as directed
  • Managing reception in the absence of the front office manager


Candidate Requirements:

  • Candidates must have previous hotel / resort reception experience
  • Strong computer experience, previous experience with PMS systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly demeanour
