THE OPPORTUNITY

Looking for your next management opportunity by the coast?

We’re seeking an experienced Motel Manager or Management Couple to oversee a small, established accommodation property in beautiful Coffs Harbour.

This is a hands-on management opportunity combining front office operations, rooms division, housekeeping, revenue management and general property oversight.

Located close to beaches, cafes and restaurants, this opportunity offers the chance to combine a rewarding hospitality management career with an enviable coastal lifestyle.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

Single Manager: $80,000–$85,000 + superannuation

• Management Couple: $110,000–$115,000 combined + superannuation, 10–20 hours per week of casual/part-time employment for the second person in a management couple
• Two-bedroom, self-contained, on-site manager’s apartment
• Incentive bonus

ABOUT YOU

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Previous motel, serviced apartment or accommodation management experience
• Strong Front Office and Rooms Division experience
• Housekeeping and revenue management knowledge
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Practical maintenance and general handyperson abilities
• A proactive, hands-on approach and genuine passion for guest service

An experienced Front Office Manager or Duty Manager ready to step into a broader management position will also be considered.

MANAGEMENT COUPLES ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
Management couples are particularly encouraged to apply.
The primary manager will oversee the overall operation, while the second person will be employed on a casual/part-time basis for approximately 10–20 hours per week.
Ideally, the second person will bring practical maintenance skills and enjoy general property upkeep, gardening and grounds maintenance.
