An opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a busy, community-driven country pub.
This venue offers a classic mix of public bar, bistro and gaming, with strong local trade and a steady flow of travellers — ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being hands-on.
As Duty Manager, you’ll take responsibility for shift operations, leading from the floor and supporting a small, close-knit team. You’ll oversee bar, bistro and gaming throughout your shifts, ensure compliance standards are met, complete daily cash-ups and reconciliations, manage open and close procedures, and maintain high service and presentation standards across the venue.
This role suits someone confident across all areas of pub operations who thrives in a regional setting and enjoys being actively involved in day-to-day service.
Requirements:
• Previous experience across full pub operations including gaming • Strong food & beverage and retail background • Current RMLV & QLD Approved Manager (or ability to obtain prior to commencement) • Ability to obtain a police clearance
Sealed road access, mobile coverage and public transport available.
