We’re searching for an experienced All-Rounder to join a busy, multi-faceted venue in the Pilbara region of remote Western Australia. This is a high-energy, all-rounder position where you’ll be across multiple departments, keeping daily operations running smoothly.

On-site facilities include a 24/7 service station ⛽, truck stop 🚛, licensed restaurant 🍔🍻, caravan park 🚐, camping grounds ⛺, and accommodation 🛏️ — meaning there’s always something happening.

Open 365 days a year — this is a role for someone who thrives on variety and responsibility.

💰 The Package

💵 $35.20/hour (flat loaded EBA rate, Mon–Sun)
📄 Casual position
🏡 Accommodation & meals: $140/week

🔧 The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

This is a true all-rounder position where flexibility and a strong work ethic are key. Your duties will include:

🛍️ Retail & Customer Service
• Serving customers efficiently and professionally
• Handling transactions and cash
• Delivering a high standard of customer service
☕ Food & Beverage Service
• Making coffees (barista duties)
• Taking orders and serving food
• Running meals and assisting in service areas
📦 Stock & Store Operations
• Restocking shelves and fridges
• Unloading deliveries and organising stock
• Merchandising and maintaining store presentation
🛎️ Accommodation & Guest Services
• Checking guests in and out (RMS experience highly regarded)
• Cleaning and servicing rooms
• Responding to guest needs
🧹 Cleaning & Maintenance
• General cleaning of public areas and store
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Assisting with basic yard duties as required

👉 This role requires someone who can jump between tasks, stay organised, and keep a positive attitude in a fast-moving environment.

🙌 What We’re Looking For

✔️ Previous customer service experience (essential)
✔️ Remote retail experience highly regarded 🌟
✔️ Strong written & verbal English
✔️ Ability to work independently
✔️ Barista experience preferred ☕
✔️ Manual driver’s licence 🚗
✔️ Ability to obtain RSA & Food Handler Certificate
✔️ Flexible, reliable, and team-focused 🤝
✔️ Comfortable living and working remotely 🌏
✔️ Minimum 6-month commitment (long-term preferred)

📍 Additional Information

🌵 Remote location – must be prepared for outback living
🛣️ Access via sealed road or coach service (6x weekly)
📶 Telstra 3G/4G coverage available onsite
