We’re seeking an enthusiastic All-Rounder Couple to join a bustling, iconic outback roadside operation for an immediate start.

This is a rare opportunity to live and work together in a remote setting where no two days are the same, the people are memorable, and the experience is one you’ll talk about for years to come.

Candidates are required to have own vehicle as there is no public transport to site.

🌟 The Role
As an all-rounder couple, you’ll be at the heart of operations, sharing a varied workload that keeps things interesting and hands-on:

• Console and front counter service (fuel, food & retail)
• Crafting quality barista coffees ☕
• Assisting in the bar and restaurant
• Housekeeping duties (room cleans & servicing)
• Basic kitchen work including food prep, cooking support, cleaning & dishes
• General public area and yard duties as required
• Delivering warm, professional customer service every shift

💼 What’s On Offer

• Casual positions
• $35.18/hr (Mon–Fri)
• $45.89/hr (Sat & Sun)
• Accommodation & meals: $150 per week per person
  (private room, shared bathrooms)
• Telstra mobile coverage
• Sealed road access – travel by car
• A supportive team and a genuine outback community vibe

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A reliable couple ready to commit for minimum 6 months
• Previous remote area experience (essential)
• One partner with short-order cooking experience
• Excellent spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to pitch in wherever needed
• RSA & Food Handlers Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Own vehicle required
