- $70,000 Salary
- Subsidised Accommodation – $150 per week

🍻 About the Role
As Duty Manager, you’ll be a key part of the venue’s day-to-day operations, working across multiple departments in a hands-on leadership role. No two days are the same!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise bar, bistro, and gaming operations
- Support bottleshop and front office as needed
- Open and close the venue with confidence
- Manage cash handling, including balancing tills
- Assist with stock control and inventory processes
- Step up to run the venue in the Manager’s absence
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Strong bar and bistro experience (essential)
- Previous gaming experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Current RSA & RCG (essential)
- Keno Writer/Senior Writer certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to obtain a current police clearance
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with great leadership skills

Easily accessible via public transport from Hobart or Launceston.
