We have an exciting opportunity available for a vibrant, commercially minded Manager to lead a well-established beachfront accommodation and functions property.
This is a diverse operation featuring multiple accommodation styles, event facilities and strong tourism trade — perfect for someone who thrives on variety and ownership.
This role would ideally suit a candidate from a holiday park, caravan park, resort, lodge or broader accommodation management background.
You’ll be confident overseeing rooms division, grounds presentation, guest services, team supervision and financial performance — all while driving occupancy and growth.
It is a highly autonomous position. You will be trusted to take full operational responsibility, identify new revenue streams, strengthen tourism and community partnerships, and bring fresh ideas to increase performance and reputation.
Key focus areas include:
• Full day-to-day operational management
• Driving occupancy, events and tourism partnerships
• Budget management and financial reporting
• Staff recruitment, training and leadership
• Guest satisfaction and reputation management
• Compliance, WHS and property standards
• Identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategy
