We are seeking an experienced hospitality couple to join a small, friendly, welcoming team at our clients property in Coastal South Australia. With sensational sunsets over the bay, walking trails, plenty of awesome local fishing spots and an endless number of picturesque locations to explore on days off, this is an ideal location for a long term commitment.
This exceptionally busy caravan park caters to both visitors travelling through the region and a large amount of FIFO workers. With modern cabins & powered sites it’s a favourite stop.
The successful couple will be required to work across all aspects of the entire park whilst offering support to the onsite managers. No 2 days are ever the same.
Being a town based role you have access to local dining, shopping and medical facilities all within walking distance of the park.
Pay & Perks (Casual Level 3)
- $33.38/hr Monday–Friday
- $40.05/hr Saturday
- $46.73/hr Sunday
- 🏡 Onsite self-contained cabin provided
OR - 🚐 Powered site if travelling with your own caravan

💼 The Roles
Role 1 – Front Office Focus
(With some housekeeping support)
- Welcoming guest arrivals & departures
- Managing phone reservations & enquiries
- Site allocations
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Directing guests to sites
- POS & cash handling
- Cleaning cabins & public amenities (amenities blocks, laundry, camp kitchens, fish cleaning bays)
- Assisting with general administration
- Relieve managers days off
- After-hours call-outs (on manager days off)
- General park support duties as required
Role 2 – Housekeeping & All-Rounder duties:
(With reception support)
- Daily cleaning & servicing of cabins and public areas
- Some Grounds maintenance: mowing, weeding, wippersnipping, rubbish collection, sweeping, gardening
- Providing Reception relief during breaks (guest arrivals, bookings, POS, customer service)
- Delivering excellent guest experiences
- Manager relief on days off
- After-hours call-outs (on manager days off)
- General park support duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous caravan park, hospitality or similar industry experience preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Flexible, hands-on attitude — willing to work across all areas
- Strong teamwork and reliability
- Long-term commitment essential
- RMS/booking system knowledge advantageous
