All-Rounder – Outback South Australia
We’re seeking an experienced, adaptable hospitality all-rounder who is confident working across multiple departments in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Previous remote-area experience is highly regarded, and you’ll bring strong customer service skills, initiative, and the ability to jump in wherever needed—from front-of-house to housekeeping and kitchen support.
This is a hands-on role at a well-established outback venue offering accommodation, fuel, bar, restaurant, retail shop, and caravan park facilities.
You’ll be part of a supportive on-site management team and a small, close-knit crew.
Own vehicle essential (no public transport access)
Commencement: Immediate start
Commitment: Minimum 6 months (ongoing opportunity)
Package:
- $35.18 per hour (Mon–Fri)
- $45.89 per hour (Sat–Sun)
- Accommodation & meals: $150 per week
- Private room with shared bathroom
Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping: cleaning and servicing motel rooms, making beds, bathroom cleaning, and laundry
- Cleaning of shared spaces including amenities and common areas
- Retail and service: counter sales, cash handling, coffee making, food and fuel sales
- Food service: taking orders, running meals, dishwashing
- Kitchen support: food prep and assisting chefs
- Pitching in across departments as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in remote or similar all-rounder roles (preferred)
- Flexibility and willingness to work across multiple areas
- Strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
- Valid RSA and Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Own vehicle essential (no public transport access)
