Kitchen Hand – Pilbara Region, Remote Western Australia
Join a fast-paced, community-focused venue in the heart of Western Australia’s Pilbara region, where reliability, prior Australian hospitality experience, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who knows the rhythm of a busy kitchen, takes pride in high standards, and is ready to commit to at least six months in a well-established coastal town offering a relaxed lifestyle and access to the outdoors.
The venue is known for family-friendly service, fresh meals, cold beverages, TAB facilities, and a convenient drive-through bottleshop—serving both locals and travellers year-round.

- Competitive pay rates:
- Mon–Fri (before 7pm): $32.31 per hour
- Saturday: $38.78 per hour
- Sunday: $45.24 per hour
- Accommodation: $125/week (private room in a shared house, walking distance to work)
- 50% off meals
Key responsibilities:
- General food preparation
- Kitchen cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards
- Dishwashing
- Assisting with stock control and rotation
- Unloading and organising deliveries
- Supporting the kitchen team as required
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a similar role within Australia (essential)
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- A genuine interest in hospitality and attention to detail
- Current Food Handlers Certificate (mandatory)
- Availability to commit for a minimum of six months
