About the Venue
A true local hub offering family-friendly dining, fresh food, ice-cold beverages, TAB facilities, and a drive-through bottleshop. This is a busy, community-focused operation where no two days are the same.

Pay Rates:
- Mon–Fri before 7pm: $32.31/hr
- Saturday: $38.78/hr
- Sunday: $45.24/hr

The Roles
We’re seeking a couple to take on complementary positions across bar and bottleshop operations.
Bar Attendant Responsibilities:
- High-volume food & beverage service
- Mixing drinks, taking orders, and cash handling
- Delivering consistent, friendly customer service
- Maintaining RSA compliance at all times
- Restocking fridges and cool rooms
- Cleaning and maintaining service areas
- Supporting other departments as needed
Bottleshop Attendant Responsibilities:
- Providing efficient retail service in a busy bottleshop
- Maintaining RSA compliance
- Stock control, merchandising, and display setup
- Unloading deliveries and moving stock (electric pallet jack)
- Updating promotional materials and pricing
- Cash handling and customer service
- General cleaning and upkeep
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in similar roles within Australia
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude
- Minimum 6-month commitment
- Current RSA certificate (essential)
- Forklift licence highly regarded (or willingness to obtain for bottleshop role)
