The head chef will be the creative force behind a menu that celebrates fresh local ingredients, succulent seafood whilst leading a small team of 3-4 kitchen staff.
Package:
Full-time, permanent position
$80,000 salary
Free private accommodation (hotel room with ensuite, just upstairs!)
All meals provided
Your Responsibilities Include: • Leading all kitchen operations with confidence and care • Designing seasonal menus and daily specials • Managing stock, costings, ordering, and kitchen budgets • Rostering and hands-on staff training • Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service • Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards • Enhancing the guest experience through quality food and service
