We’re currently seeking an energetic, hands on hospitality management couple to lead operations at a bustling remote venue in Outback South Australia. This multi-faceted operation offers onsite motel accommodation, spacious caravan park, fuel, food and retail outlet and caters to visitors travelling through the region.
Commencing in Mid-September, this is a hands on role working across all aspects of the venue whilst leading and mentoring a team of up to 15 onsite employees.

Package Includes:
- $170,000 combined salary
- FREE accommodation & meals
- 8 weeks of annual leave

Responsibilities:
As hands-on leaders, youโll oversee the daily operations of the entire property, including:
- Full venue management: Bar, accommodation, fuel, retail, restaurant, caravan park & grounds
- Leading, recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of up to 15 onsite staff
- Managing stock control, ordering, freight logistics & merchandising
- Handling cash, banking, rostering, invoices & timesheets
- Overseeing budgets, reporting to off-site company directors
- Fuel management, power generation, and water desalination oversight
- Maintenance and hands-on repair duties: plumbing, carpentry, preventative maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing and safety procedures
- Liaising with local authorities and suppliers

- Previous remote areaย or multi-venue management experience
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- A hands-on, solution-focused attitude
- Manual Driverโs Licence
- SA Liquor Badge (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check
- Commitment for 1โ2 years minimum
