📍 Remote Island Based Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable hospitality professional to take on a senior operational leadership role overseeing multiple tourism and hospitality operations.
This hands-on position is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, operational performance and continued development of a diverse portfolio of hospitality businesses, including accommodation venues, food and beverage outlets, café operations, tourism services and associated guest-focused enterprises within a well-established and growing group.
Reporting directly to senior ownership, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational standards, team performance, guest satisfaction and overall business success across multiple departments and venues. This is not a desk-based management role, we are seeking a leader who is willing to be highly visible within the operation, lead from the front and work closely alongside department managers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.
The role requires a genuine hospitality all-rounder with strong operational exposure across accommodation management, front office operations, housekeeping, food and beverage service, staffing and rostering, guest services, team leadership, compliance and overall venue management. The successful candidate must be confident managing multiple priorities, mentoring department heads, supporting teams operationally when required and maintaining high service standards across all areas of the business.
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused within a busy hospitality environment. Previous experience overseeing multi-department or multi-site hospitality operations will be highly regarded.

📦 Package Includes:
• $120,000 salary package negotiable based on experience
• Free accommodation OR housing allowance option
• Company vehicle + fuel allowance
• Annual travel allowance
• Monthly dining allowance within group venues
• Return flights provided at commencement & completion
• Long-term full-time role
• Initial 2-Year Contract
• Commencing approximately August 2026
💼 The Role:
• Oversee multiple accommodation, tourism & hospitality operations
• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 50–70 staff
• Work closely with operational managers and department heads
• Maintain a strong hands-on operational presence across all businesses
• Oversee guest services, accommodation, housekeeping & front office operations
• Support food & beverage operations and venue standards
• Staff training, mentoring, rostering and team development
• Business planning, operational improvement & reporting
• Community engagement and relationship building
• Assist with upcoming refurbishment and improvement projects
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational consistency
🌟 Candidate Requirements:
• Previous senior management experience within hospitality or tourism operations
• Strong operational accommodation and food & beverage background
• Experience overseeing multi-outlet hospitality operations
• Hands-on leadership style with strong work ethic
• Ability to manage and inspire larger teams
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience within hotels, resorts, regional tourism operations or hospitality groups highly regarded
• Drivers Licence & Police Clearance required
