🌿 Sous Chef – Remote Northern Territory 🍳
We are currently seeking a qualified chef to join a small team at a unique tourist property in the Northern Territory.
A few hours drive from Darwin, this venue features guest accommodation, an onsite caravan park, and a busy bistro restaurant. You’ll also find local shops — everything you need within reach.
The role involves cooking for dinner shifts 5 nights per week and offering support to the head chef.
Outside of work there is plenty to explore in the surrounding National Park.
📅 Start Date: Mid May 2026
💰 Salary & Perks:
• $75,000 per annum
• Free accommodation (shared bathroom) 🏡

With a close-knit kitchen team of 2–3 staff, you’ll enjoy a supportive environment where your skills really make an impact. The venue operates 7 days a week for dinner service.
👨🍳 Your Role:
• Hands-on cooking: bistro favourites + creative blackboard specials
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards 🧼
• Follow all WHS requirements
• Lead service and step up on Head Chef days off
• General cleaning and team support duties
