MLKA Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join a well-established hospitality venue located in the renowned Goldfields region of Western Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in producing quality food consistently. We’re looking for someone with solid commercial kitchen experience, strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high culinary standards.
The venue is a thriving hospitality operation featuring hotel and motel accommodation, busy bars, a popular bistro and bottle shop facilities. With staff living onsite and a steady mix of locals, travellers and long-term guests, you’ll become part of a supportive team within a dynamic and rewarding hospitality environment.

👨🍳 The Role
Working within a busy kitchen team, you’ll assist in delivering high-quality meals across both daily service and functions while maintaining exceptional food safety and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparation and cooking of quality bistro-style meals
• Assisting with function and event catering
• Working collaboratively within a professional kitchen team
• Maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness and organisation
• Ensuring safe food handling and food safety compliance
• Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen operations
• Supporting senior kitchen staff as required
• Contributing to a positive and productive team environment
🌟 We’re Looking For
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen environment
• Previous experience in high-volume hospitality venues
• Strong food preparation and service skills
• Ability to assist with training and motivating junior kitchen staff
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods
• Commitment to quality, consistency and kitchen standards
