💼 The Role: Duty Manager (Casual Position)
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Duty Manager to support the Food & Beverage Manager in day-to-day operations. If you’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening & closing the venue
- Managing cash handling, till counts, and daily reconciliations
- Assisting with rosters, ordering, and stock control
- Supervising and mentoring team members
- Ensuring RSA compliance
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Delivering top-tier customer service in a relaxed, friendly setting
- Supporting stocktakes and venue presentation
- Jumping in where needed – no two days are the same!
💸 Pay & Perks:
- Monday–Friday: $35.15/hr
- Saturday: $42.18/hr
- Sunday: $49.21/hr
- Accommodation: $70/week – significantly subsidised
- 5-day working week
- Private room in a shared 3-bedroom unit (top floor) or own room in downstairs accommodation
- Shared kitchen, living, and bathroom facilities
- 4-minute drive to the nearest town & grocery store

🌟 About You:
- Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality
- Approved Manager License (or willing to obtain)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy venue and lead by example
- Familiarity with SwiftPOS (preferred)
- Must be available for a minimum 6-month commitment
- Not suitable for couples – single accommodation only
- Flexible and adaptable – willing to get stuck in and support the team
Peak Season: April–September
Off-Peak: October–March
