Are you craving a change of scenery and ready to embrace the real Outback? This friendly, owner-operated venue has a great team vibe – and we’re looking for their next Bar Attendant / All-Rounder to jump into the action!

📍 Location: Remote Outback QLD – accessible via sealed roads, direct flights to nearest town + Greyhound bus
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Team: Around 10 staff live & work onsite – like a second family
🗓  Immediate Start


💼 The Role:

You’ll be hands-on across all areas of this vibrant country pub, with duties including:

• Slinging drinks and working the bar like a pro 🍻
• Restocking fridges, unpacking deliveries, keeping the bar area spotless
• Gaming payouts (TAB, pokies) 🎰
• Helping with housekeeping – a couple of mornings a week 🧹
• Lending a hand in other areas as needed – no two days the same!

💰 What’s In It for You:

• Casual Role under the HIGA Award
• $33.38/hr Mon–Fri | $40.05/hr Sat | $46.73/hr Sun
• Affordable accommodation: just $100/week for your own pub-style room (shared bathroom) right above the hotel

👀 Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone with remote/regional experience (preferred but not essential)
• Gaming experience is a big plus – but will train the right person
• Must be fast, reliable, and hardworking
• Must have (or be willing to get) RSA & RSG before starting
• Able to commit to around 6 months
