🍴 The Role This is a true all-rounder position where no two days are the same! You’ll be involved across the bar, bistro, and housekeeping.

Your day-to-day may include:

• 🍹 Making and serving drinks
• 📝 Taking food orders and assisting in the bistro
• 🧹 General cleaning and housekeeping
• 💵 Cash handling & gaming payouts
• 😊 Providing great customer service
• 📋 Following RSA & RSG guidelines
• 🤝 Helping out wherever needed

👤 About You

• 🇦🇺 Previous experience in a similar role in Australia, with strong bar experience a must
• ✅ Current RSA certificate (RSG a bonus!)
• 💬 Strong English communication skills
• 🔄 Flexible, reliable, and a team player
• ⏳ Able to commit to at least 6 months

📍 Location Info

• ⛴ Access via ferry or ✈️ regular flights
• 📶 Telstra coverage available (Optus is patchy)
