Bottleshop Manager – Pilbara Region, Remote Western Australia 🍻🌅
Join a vibrant, community-focused pub venue offering onsite public bar, dining, TAB facilities, and a busy drive-through bottleshop.

This role would suit an experienced bottleshop / retail manager with experience working in a high volume, fast paced bottleshop.

Work is available onsite for a partner if seeking to relocate as a couple.

What’s on offer:
- 💰 $85,000 salary
- Overtime rates in line with the award
- Accommodation provided + daily meal vouchers
- Private room with your own bathroom + shared kitchen facilities
Your day-to-day:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bottleshop
- Lead, support, and supervise team members
- Create and manage staff rosters
- Train and develop staff
- Handle stock control, ordering, and stocktakes
- Monitor and manage costs
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Assist with stock loading/unloading
- Maintain strong merchandising standards
- Pitch in with general duties as needed

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
- A positive attitude and steady temperament
- A genuine passion for hospitality and pride in your work
Accessible by car, bus, or daily flights from Perth
Telstra and Optus coverage available
