We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic and experienced Duty Manager to lead from the front and keep the good vibes flowing. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and loves creating memorable guest experiences.

💰 Package Includes:
- $73,810 Salary + Super
- Subsidised accommodation – just $150/week in a shared staff house or apartment (off-site)
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations across bar, bistro, bottle shop & gaming
- Supervise, train & support staff
- Ensure smooth shift transitions including open/close procedures
- Manage gaming areas: pokies, TAB, Keno & compliance
- Daily cash handling, reconciliations & general admin duties
- Be hands-on and adaptable – every day is different!
✅ What You’ll Need
- Solid experience in pub operations across gaming, food & beverage, and retail
- A proactive, can-do attitude and strong leadership skills
- Current driver’s licence & vehicle (accommodation is off-site)
- RMLV & QLD Approved Manager’s Certificate, or willingness to obtain
- Ability to get a current police clearance
