We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, high-energy Duty Manager to join a large, multi-outlet resort where no two days are the same. From bar and gaming to restaurant service and functions, you’ll be right in the action—leading from the front and making a real impact.

🍸 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be a key leader on shift, keeping operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Leading shifts across bar, gaming, restaurant & functions
- Supervising, training & motivating staff
- Handling cash, reconciliations & reporting
- Managing gaming operations & compliance
- Overseeing stock control, beer line cleaning & venue presentation
- Delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment
This role operates on a 7-day rotating roster, with a focus on evening and night shifts.

- Public bar, bistro & function spaces

- A team of 20–30 staff living and working onsite
- Strong leadership structure with a GM and department heads
💼 About You
You’re a confident, hands-on leader who thrives in busy environments.
- Previous Duty Manager or Supervisor experience
- Strong background in bar, gaming & food & beverage
- A natural leader who leads by example
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Able to work independently and think on your feet
- Current QLD RSA & RSG (RMLV & Approved Manager highly regarded or willing to obtain)
