What’s on offer:
💰 Salary package $95,000–$100,000
🏡 Onsite accommodation + meals allowance ($500/month)

As Lodge Manager, you will:

✨ Lead a passionate team of guides, chefs, and hosts
✨ Deliver exceptional guest experiences that celebrate food, story, and wilderness
✨ Oversee lodge operations, budgets, and facilities to the highest standard
✨ Host, mentor, and inspire both your team and guests
✨ Collaborate with field guides and chefs to refine unique, place-based experiences
✨ Support conservation initiatives and sustainable tourism practices

What we’re looking for in you:

✔ Strong background in hospitality or lodge management, ideally in remote or high-end environments
✔ Natural leadership with proven ability to build and inspire a high-performing team
✔ Confidence in engaging with guests and delivering personalised service
✔ Financial and operational acumen, including budget and cost control
✔ Passion for wilderness, conservation, and creating memorable experiences
✔ Adaptability, resilience, and enthusiasm for remote living

Qualifications required:

  • First Aid & CPR
  • RSA Certificate
  • MR Driver’s Licence
  • State/Territory Driver Accreditation
