Are you a dynamic duo with a passion for hospitality and a knack for management?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Management Couple to run the day-to-day operations of this small and beautifully located property!
In this exciting role, you will work side by side to ensure that all guests experience exceptional service and care throughout their stay.
As a couple, you’ll bring unique talents and strengths to the table, supporting each other on a daily basis within the operations – reception, housekeeping and grounds & maintenance.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of the property, ensuring that facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
You will not only manage daily operations but also engage with guests, address their needs, and really foster that warm and welcoming environment.

Package:
Remuneration: $150,000 – $160,000 neg. based on experience /Combined Salary + Superannuation
Accommodation: FREE On-site Accommodation/ Self-contained 2-bedroom apartment
Pets: Unfortunately, due to the unique wildlife setting, pets cannot be accommodated.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of accommodation facilities to ensure high standards are maintained
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and friendly manner
- Perform hands-on housekeeping and general maintenance duties to uphold cleanliness & property presentation
- Develop and enforce safety and security protocols for guest safety
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates and feedback for the owner’s review
Requirements:
- Couple must have experience in hospitality management – preferably in a remote or regional area
- Must hold current drivers license and have own transport
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with guests
- Ability to work together effectively, leveraging each partner’s strengths
- Organisational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities seamlessly
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and manage own time efficiently
- Proficiency in general administration tasks, including budgeting and financial reporting
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences
