Join a growing hospitality group operating across South Australia, Northern Territory, and Queensland, and play a key role in maintaining and upgrading a diverse portfolio of properties.
We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Multi-Site Maintenance Person to support ongoing renovations, upgrades, and general maintenance across multiple sites. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the road, tackling different projects, and being part of a supportive team.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and project work across various sites, starting in South Australia before moving on to properties in the Northern Territory and Queensland.
This is a remote, travel-based role, ideal for someone adaptable, practical, and comfortable working in regional locations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out room upgrades, including flooring and bathroom renovations
- Performing general maintenance tasks: carpentry, tiling, painting, plastering, and basic plumbing
- Assisting with project work for refurbishments and new developments
- Ordering materials and managing supplies for jobs
- Travelling regularly between company sites
- Supporting the team with additional maintenance duties as required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in maintenance work
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple remote locations
- Own reliable vehicle (essential)

- Competitive casual pay:
- $38.85/hour (Mon–Fri)
- $46.02/hour (Saturday)
- OR $45/hour loaded rate
