Bring your accommodation, hospitality, property or park management experience to an established property in Central West NSW, where strong communication, commercial awareness and a proactive approach will be key to success.
We’re looking for a hands-on Park Manager / Property Manager who can confidently oversee day-to-day operations, build lasting client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the business.
About the Property
This established accommodation property primarily caters to workers, contractors and long-term guests, supporting clients across the construction, rail, manufacturing, road and infrastructure sectors.
The successful candidate will become the friendly and professional face of the property, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while developing connections within the local community and identifying upcoming projects and new accommodation opportunities.
You’ll be well supported, with an experienced cleaner/housekeeper, maintenance support, sales assistance and owner support already in place.
The Opportunity
- $75,000 + super, negotiable depending on experience
- Comfortable 2-bedroom on-site residence
- Family friendly, with pets considered
- Predominantly Monday–Friday, with weekends generally quiet
- Current caretaker in place to assist with a smooth handover
- Established support team across housekeeping, maintenance and sales
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the property
- Be the key point of contact for guests, contractors and business clients
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and help increase occupancy
- Engage with the local community and stay informed about upcoming projects
- RMS experience advantageous
About You
We’re looking for a professional, reliable and proactive manager who enjoys taking ownership and building strong relationships.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in accommodation, hospitality, property or park management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence dealing with guests, contractors and business clients
- A commercial mindset and an ability to identify new business opportunities
- Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in the local community
- The ability to work autonomously and make sound day-to-day decisions
- A hands-on, organised and solutions-focused approach
- A genuine interest in building a long-term regional lifestyle
