💰 Competitive Pay & Perks

• $29.88/hr Monday–Friday
• $37.35/hr Saturday
• $44.82/hr Sunday
• Full-time employment includes annual leave provisions

🍹 The Role

This is a dynamic, bar-focused position ideal for a skilled hospitality all-rounder looking to step up. You’ll take the lead on bar operations and rotate through duty manager responsibilities. Most shifts are bar closes from Monday to Friday, with the occasional split shift.

🔑 Your Responsibilities

• Operate bar, UBET, and gaming services
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage bar cleaning, cash handling, and RSA/RSG compliance
• Assist in restaurant operations (running food, clearing, taking orders)
• Answer incoming calls/switch and reception duties
• Act as relief Duty Manager — including bar close, till balancing, and team support
• Support other departments as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

• RSA & RSG certification (required by start date)
• RMLV + Approved Manager Licence (highly desirable)
• Proven Australian bar experience
• A hands-on, energetic team player who thrives under pressure
• Someone ready to embrace a fun, fast-paced environment and live the coastal lifestyle
