As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of this diverse venue. You’ll support the General Manager while leading from the front—ensuring smooth service, a great team culture, and memorable guest experiences.
This multi-faceted property features accommodation, public bars, a beer garden, TAB, large bottle shop, and a bustling restaurant—offering plenty of variety and the chance to grow your career in a hands-on environment.
💰 What’s on Offer
- $75,000 – $80,000 salary

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience as an Assistant Manager in a multi-department venue, or a strong Duty Manager ready to step up
- Confidence managing daily operations: opening/closing, staffing, rostering, stock control, and compliance
- A natural leader who can motivate the team and deliver genuine, welcoming hospitality
- Solid background in food & beverage operations 🍴
- Experience running or contributing to entertainment-driven venues 🎶
- Front Office/PMS (RMS) exposure is a bonus
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to improve performance
- Understanding of KPIs including wages, stock, and profitability
- Hands-on approach—leading by example and working alongside the team
- Creativity and fresh ideas to enhance the venue’s offering 💡
- Ability to support and execute events, functions, and promotions
- Strong community engagement skills
- WA Approved Manager’s Licence (or ability to obtain before starting)
