Step into a dynamic leadership role in one of the Kimberley’s most well-loved venues, known for its warm, personalised hospitality and vibrant atmosphere.

As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of this diverse venue. You’ll support the General Manager while leading from the frontβ€”ensuring smooth service, a great team culture, and memorable guest experiences.

This multi-faceted property features accommodation, public bars, a beer garden, TAB, large bottle shop, and a bustling restaurantβ€”offering plenty of variety and the chance to grow your career in a hands-on environment.

πŸ’° What’s on Offer

  • $75,000 – $80,000 salary

βœ… What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as an Assistant Manager in a multi-department venue, or a strong Duty Manager ready to step up
  • Confidence managing daily operations: opening/closing, staffing, rostering, stock control, and compliance
  • A natural leader who can motivate the team and deliver genuine, welcoming hospitality
  • Solid background in food & beverage operations 🍴
  • Experience running or contributing to entertainment-driven venues 🎢
  • Front Office/PMS (RMS) exposure is a bonus
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to improve performance
  • Understanding of KPIs including wages, stock, and profitability
  • Hands-on approachβ€”leading by example and working alongside the team
  • Creativity and fresh ideas to enhance the venue’s offering πŸ’‘
  • Ability to support and execute events, functions, and promotions
  • Strong community engagement skills
  • WA Approved Manager’s Licence (or ability to obtain before starting)
