Looking for your next leadership role in a vibrant, community-focused venue?

Located in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia, this busy pub style venue offers a bustling public bar, lively sports bar, onsite dining and drive through bottleshop.

The successful candidate will ideally come from a busy pub style environment with hands on experience across all areas of hospitality.

This is an ideal location to save money with an attractive salary package including overtime rates + free onsite accommodation.

Work may be available onsite for a partner if relocating as a couple.

  • $85,000 annual salary
  • Overtime rates as per award

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Venue Manager with daily operations across the tavern and outlets
  • Hands-on bar work and floor presence
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate staff
  • Prepare and manage rosters
  • Train and develop team members
  • Oversee cost controls, payroll, and stock management
  • Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction ⭐
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Assist with general venue operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role
  • Current WA Approved Manager’s Licence
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Calm, positive, and professional approach
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and pride in your work
