Looking for your next country pub challenge? We are seeking a hands-on Publican / Hotel Manager to lead a well-established regional hotel in Outback Queensland.
This is a true community-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys regional hospitality and takes pride in being actively involved in the day-to-day operation of the business.
Package
- $100,000 Salary + Super
- Free Self-Contained Accommodation
- Management Couples Encouraged to Apply (salary negotiable based on experience)
The Role
Oversee all aspects of a busy regional hotel including:
- Bar, Bistro, Gaming & Accommodation
- Staff leadership, training and development
- Financial performance and day-to-day operations
- Driving food & beverage and accommodation revenue
- Building strong relationships within the local community
Ideal Candidate
- Previous Hotel Manager, Venue Manager or Publican experience
- Strong regional pub background
- Hands-on leadership style
- Experience across gaming, bar, food & beverage and accommodation
- Community-minded with excellent customer service skills
