Bring your strong customer service skills, positive attitude, and willingness to pitch in across multiple departments to a busy operation in the Pilbara Region of Remote Western Australia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable working in a hands-on environment, and thrives as part of a small, close-knit team.
This well-established outback destination operates 365 days a year and offers a service station, 24-hour truck stop, fully licensed restaurant, caravan park, camping grounds, and accommodation facilities, catering to travellers, tourists, and local workers alike.

Immediate Start
Package
- $35.20 per hour – Flat Loaded EBA Rate (Monday to Sunday)
- Casual position
- Accommodation and meals available for $140 per week
Your Duties
- General customer service / retail duties
- Yard Work – public area cleaning, rubbish runs, grounds work etc
- Accommodation servicing and cleaning
- Merchandising – General stocking of shelves
- Serving customers, cash handling etc
- Offering excellence in customer service
- Making Coffees
- Reporting of all maintenance issues
- Running Meals
- Other duties as required
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Must have excellent customer service experience
- Previous remote area retail experience highly regarded
- Ideally have experience making coffees
- Must have a manual drivers licence
- Able to obtain an RSA & Food Handlers Certificate
- Willing to live and work in a remote destination
- Be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors
- Able to work as part of a small team
- Be willing to commit to a minimum 4+ months – long term preferred
Additional Information
- Suitable candidates must be comfortable living and working in a remote location
- Access is available via sealed roads or Integrity Coach Lines
- Telstra 3G/4G coverage is available onsite
