This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced management couple to join an established regional coastal hotel and really put your stamp on the property.
The owners are looking for an energetic couple who can bring fresh ideas, new energy and a genuine passion for hospitality, while helping shape the operation through a period of transition and growth.
We are happy to consider candidates who are ready for their next step up and have previous management experience across venues such as hotels, pubs, resorts or quality restaurants.

HEAD CHEF
Lead the kitchen across breakfast, à la carte dinner service and functions/events, while developing the team and helping shape the future food offering.
You’ll be responsible for kitchen operations, menu development, costing, ordering, stock control, food safety, rostering and team development.
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, commercially aware and genuinely enjoys leading and mentoring a team.
🍽️ FRONT OF HOUSE / F&B MANAGER
Lead the restaurant and bar operation while playing a broader role within the hotel.
This position includes:
- Restaurant and bar leadership
- Team supervision and training
- Functions, coach tours & seasonal events
- Rostering and wage control
- Customer service and guest experience
- POS and operational reporting
- Beverage and stock management
- Revenue growth and local marketing
- Supporting the wider hotel operation
You will also step up as Duty Manager in the General Manager’s absence, overseeing the property across all departments and providing evening reception support when required.
Previous Duty Management, Front Office, Rooms Division or hotel experience will be highly regarded.

- Work exceptionally well together
- Are passionate about hospitality and creating great guest experiences
You don’t necessarily need to have held the most senior title in the industry. We’re happy to look at up-and-coming managers who are ready to step up, provided you have the experience, maturity and leadership skills to take on the responsibility.
