We are seeking a confident, customer-focused Bar Attendant who thrives in a fast-paced public bar environment, delivers outstanding service under pressure, and enjoys being part of a friendly community. Located in the stunning Pilbara region, this venue combines a busy hospitality operation with a relaxed coastal lifestyle, offering the perfect balance of rewarding work and time to enjoy the outdoors.

What’s on Offer
- Immediate start available
- Casual position
- Long-term commitment preferred (minimum 4–6 months)
- Accommodation available for $125 per week (own room in a shared house within walking distance)
- Bicycle available for staff use
- 50% discount on meals
Pay Rates
- Monday to Friday before 7pm: $32.31 per hour
- Saturday: $38.78 per hour
- Sunday: $45.24 per hour
The Role
Working in a busy public bar, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for locals, travellers, and regular patrons.
Duties & Responsibilities
- General food and beverage service
- Preparing and serving drinks
- Taking food orders and processing payments
- Practising Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Restocking fridges, cool rooms, and bar supplies
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the venue
- Assisting in other departments when required
- General venue duties as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous Australian experience in a similar bar or hospitality role is essential
- Current RSA Certificate
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic
- Commitment to a minimum 4–6 month stay
