Are you a practical, energetic all-rounder who enjoys staying busy, providing great customer service, and taking pride in keeping facilities clean, organised, and welcoming? A well-established roadside destination in the Gascoyne Region of Remote Western Australia is seeking a reliable team member who is happy to turn their hand to a variety of tasks and contribute wherever needed.
Operating year-round, this busy property caters to travellers, tourists, and transport operators, offering a service station, 24-hour truck stop, licensed restaurant, caravan park, camping facilities, and accommodation rooms. This is a genuine multi-skilled role where flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude are highly valued.

Commencement

Package
- $35.20 per hour – Flat Loaded EBA Rate (Monday to Sunday)
- Casual position
- Accommodation and meals available for $140 per week
Please note:
Only one position is available and the role is not suitable for couples.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Processing sales and handling cash transactions
- Restocking shelves and maintaining attractive displays
- Preparing and serving coffees
- Running meals to guests in the restaurant
- Servicing accommodation rooms on a daily basis
- Cleaning caravan park amenities and public bathrooms
- Washing dishes and assisting with general cleaning duties
- Supporting grounds maintenance and completing rubbish runs
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
- Assisting in other areas of the operation as required
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
- Previous customer service experience and enjoys interacting with people
- A current driver’s licence and the ability to drive a manual vehicle
- Coffee-making experience (preferred but not essential)
- The ability to obtain an RSA and Food Handler Certificate
- Good physical fitness and a willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
- A flexible approach and the ability to work effectively within a small team
- A commitment of at least four months, with longer stays highly regarded
- The resilience and adaptability required to enjoy living and working in a remote community
Additional Information
- Access is available via sealed roads or Integrity Coach Lines services operating six times per week
- Telstra 3G/4G coverage is available onsite
- Candidates should be comfortable embracing the lifestyle and routines that come with remote living
